We found this place with the help of a local citizen as we were flying in. It did not dissapoint. The omlettes are 4 egg omlettes and will satisfy the biggest appetite. You can order a half order and eat a normal sized meal. As others have said you must have the bananna nut bread which is a choice besides... more

Great service, food and price. It's not easy to find really good and affordable dining choices in Las Vegas... but, this is one of them. The menu is diverse and you have some good people watching too. My favorite in Vegas. more

On your first visit, you want to take some time to scan the tabloid newspaper style menu. Surprisingly good selection of Mexican dishes, probably could close your eyes and point - you will be happy with anything here. Just about everything comes with those potatoes and like the surroundings, they're pretty plain looking, but wait til you taste them. Unless... more

A welcomed change from the usual buffet or breakfast on the run that is Vegas. The menu was very diverse with lots of options and the staff was incredible and friendly. The food was excellent with great prices. The omelet selections were impressive, and I really enjoyed it and the banana nut muffin. It was off the strip, but easy... more

What can I say, it's the best value in Vegas (that I have found!) My girlfriend and I attended the Marriage Can Be Murder dinner a year ago and I'm still recomending it to people who are visiting sin city. The price is right, the most bang for your buck that I have found, a great show that is engaging... more

Tired of the Vegas Strip buffet overindulgence force feed? Head for this LV neighborhood breakfast spot. Look for the specials on the board in front. On my recent visit they had a Mexican Carnitas scramble. Spicy and delicious. Lots of great menu items and something for everyone -- and not just egg dishes. Very kid friendly. Very affordable. more

There is nothing that you can say about the Egg and I that isn't good. The breakfasts are so good! The omelets are their specialty and the breakfast potatoes are cooked to perfection! Try the chicken enchilada omelet! more

A great local place for breakfast. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Our wait time was minimal. Our food was excellent, and the portions large-this will hold you until late in the day. Prices very fair for what you get. Decor-typical of a diner. more

While it is offstrip, it is worth the drive. We must stop in for at least one breakfast every time we are in Vegas. The Egg & I has fantastic omelettes and skillets, as well as great steak & eggs. I personally recommend "Kay's Special" omelette. Also, you will not find better ranch potatoes! more

If you are tired of IHOP-type chain breakfast restaurants, then this is a nice change of pace. An average meal costs around $7-$8 and the quantity is really plentiful (and tasty). The atmosphere of the restaurant is fine (family style... not formal), but it is in a little "shadier" part of town. more
