Have been here several times and would definitely go back. I like every aspect of this restaurant. The decor has a classy elegant feel, lots of dark wood and nice ambient lighting. It feels very 'old school' to me and it's lovely. The waiters seem to know their stuff, knowing the menu inside out and having a good knowlede of... more

I travel to LV at least six times a year on business and always find Alan Alberts a delight. Great personalities in the wait staff, outstanding matre d, food is always perfect...and best of all, the wait is minimal or non existant. Bar is intimate and comfortable...decor is dark wood wainscoting, perfect lighting and, well, a perfect guy's kind of... more

Let's see where to start. The corn chowder tasted like it was from a can. I make better chowder. I order Sea Bass and whatever it was, it smelled horrible and it was raw. I took one bite and my stomach turned. I couldn't finish it. The waiter asked what was wrong and I told him. He took it away... more

The overall food and service at Alan Alberts was phenomenal! I ate and finished everything on my plate and even the side salad too even though I'm not too big on salad. After our dinner, our waiter (who was the absolute best) took us back in to the kitchen to show us a 13.5 lbs lobster! He even took a... more

Don't waste your time on this one. The waiter was arrogant and self centered and didn't ask how are meal was, he assumed it was great because this is Alan Albert's. The food was terrible. My wife ordered the prime rib cooked medium. When she got her prime rib it was cold, 3 inches thick and rare. The presentation was... more

An oasis away from the crowds and generic casino foodhouses! Our meal was excellent. My prime rib was as big as a hub cap and perfectly done. Try the "oysters casino" A great variation of the clam dish. Ask for Billy. His service and style was unhurried and enjoyable. A classic dining experience ala old school Vegas by way of... more

We (3 women) recently had a wonderful meal at the Rosewood Grille (Alan Albert's) in Las Vegas. We were tired of the smoke and noise of the casino and wanted to try something a little different. Our server was wonderful! He really went out of his way to make sure we had a scrumptious meal. He assisted us in ordering... more

My girlfriend and I were boh very excited about trying Alan Alberts for we both work in the resturaunt business as servers here in Las Vegas. We have both tried numerous steakhouses in the Vegas area and were ready for a true dining experience. However that is not what we got. The server greeted us promptly, but that was only... more

I live in Vegas, and have tried many of the steakhouses (still have several to go though), and Alan Albert's is my personal favorite. I know it as the Rosewood Grille, from way back, and every meal I've eaten there in the last 12 years has been the very best. A bit spendy for some, $75 for lobster, and $45... more

I go to Vegas around 3 times a year and I go to Alan Alberts every time. It is one of the highlights of our trip. We happened upon it by accident acouple of years ago. Had a delicious steak and crab dinner, bottle of wine and dessert for around $160. You can spend less, but we like to splurge.... more
