I went to Bouchon for breakfast after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. Boy, were they right! The restaraunt itself is gorgeous! On the 10th floor of the Venetian overlooking one of their pools. We were seated in the outdoor patio area and it was gorgeous! The staff were extremely attentive and very pleasant. But, the best part was the... more

If you are looking for a nice full service breakfast in Las Vegas, try Bouchon. The sourdough waffles were the best waffles I have ever tasted. Service is friendly and prompt. My husband is very picky with how his eggs are made and Bouchon made his over medium eggs perfectly to his liking. I will be sure to have breakfast... more

We spent a lot of time looking at menus in LV, before making reservations: there are so many fine restaurants that it's hard to choose. We were perusing the Bouchon menu, since it had good word of mouth, and the baker was walking in. He saw that we had a baguette in our shopping bag and asked where we purchased... more

Our favourite restauant and we always eat here when we come to Vegas. We have had a couple of slightly-off nights, but, overall it is excellent in every regard. This time, we had the salmon tartare/ serano ham and melon followed by the chicken and moules frites and finally the chocolate bouchons, which were all great. Good selection of wines,... more

I was probably expecting too much form that place. The service was good, but the food was just OK for the price. My appetizer was absolutely not edible, the "brandade de morue" was sooo salty that they clearly made a mistake in the preparation, i would have eaten a teaspoon of salt, it would have been exactly the same. I... more

We went on a Saturday morning for brunch, and we were seated immediately outside. Service was very good, and all the breads and pastries were delicious. My wife and I ordered the chicken waffles, strawberries with creme, and beignets. The chicken was perfectly cooked. The beignets were good, especially served with coffee, but the coffee wasn't all that. You could... more

The restaurant is still very good. However, our last visit was superb, so there's a small falloff. Service was pleasant, but slow (with apologies from the waiter). My roasted chicken was as good as any I've ever had. My wife's mussels, however, were not nearly as good as our last meal there. (She surmises it may be a seasonal thing.)... more

My husband and I visited Bouchon for our Anniversary. We were both really impressed by the food. I had the salmon entree which was fabulous and prepared unlike any other salmon I have had before. My husband had the duck which was amazing as well. We both love cheeses so we went for the cheese plate-awesome!!! Our service was superb... more
