Simply awful, from the service to the food. Will never return to this restaurant. Waiter/waitress are rude, and would find better service at a Mcdonalds restaurant. Not worth the time. However the Burger place down the hall is amazing! more

Food is not that great. They shouldn't really put an Italian restaurant in a "French hotel". Waiter was rude and did not even confirm who ordered what and just placed the food on the table. The staff needs some more training on customer service...they are in the service business after all! McDonald's staff treats their customer better. more

My husband ordered the Bouillabaisse and enjoyed every bite. They brought it to him in a large cast iron pot and served it at the table. He said the cod, shrimp, mussels, and clams in the soup was perfectly cooked. I ordered the flatbread pizza...tasteless. I'd probably skip it. Who goes to an italian restaurant in a french hotel? more

We have many very good Italian restaurants in our area. So when we go out of town we rarely get Italian because it never measures up. This, however, was a great meal. At one point our waitress and another were performing a song. It was a great experience. more

There are values to be found in Vegas, but not here! Don't order the "Italian flatbread" thinking that it will be like a genuine Italian pizza just because it's baked in their wood-fired pizza oven. It was one of the smallest $9 (apiece) snacks that we've recently had. more

Ate here with a large group. They provided us with huge portions of poor quality food, badly cooked. The atmosphere was pretty poor given the noise of the casino zombies clattering past outside. The servers did their job and little more. The meal cost over $100 dollars a head with wine thanks to the sizeable service charge. This would be... more

My wife and I recently returned from a trip to Vegas and had some great food. Le Provencal was the worst meal we had by far. The bisque and the pasta sauce tasted as if the came directly from a can. The pasta was overcooked, however the seafood was cooked well. Overall, we were disappointed with a below average meal... more

A nice restaurant with reasonably priced food. The menu is italian which is a liitle strange given the name of the restaurant. The food is actually really good & the food is cooked with view of the tables. The waiting staff (who are really friendly) perform a duet every 45 minutes & they were very good singers (only in Vegas)... more

See, I just thought this place was average. I had one of my fav pasta dishes ever (Rosebud Chicago) here, and it was bland. It was the Rigatoni Bolognese. Not enough flavor and it was just ok. Thought the service was a little poor too. Many other better places at the Paris to eat in my opinion. more

We decided to have dinner hear on our last night in Vegas. We made reservations for nine. We showed up 15 minutes early and we were show right in, past the line. The service was great and no hovering at all. We ordered wine, a wonderful list to pick from. The room may have been full of people but it... more
