Good, not great food. Overpriced. Staff friendly, but overly firendly. Will only give suggestions when asked. Take your order and leave not to be seen again. We had the lobster bisque, lots of liquid not enough lobster. Then we had the seabass, it was ok. Dessert was the Profiteroles - Rocky Road Ice Cream, Warm Chocolate Ganache. all in all... more

My husband and I ate here during happy hour and found it to be a hidden value at MGM! During 5:30 - 7:00 Seablue offers $2 Stella Artois or Fat Tire beer which we found to be a steal! In addition, they offer $1 shrimp (very large shrimp) and half price lobster corn dogs and fried calamari. The entrees seemed... more

This is not good seafood by any stretch of the imagination. I was so disappointed with the wait staff who acted like they were doing me a favor by charging ridiculous prices for poor food. I ordered a 15.00 martini and they wanted to charge 4.00 per olive for bleu cheese stuffed olives. Give me a break. Scallops were undercooked... more

We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. Atmosphere: Casual but classy. Dimly lit with jazzy music playing, an open floor plan so that you could see other diners' meals. Some of the kitchen is open, so you can watch food being prepared. We had great fun watching them shuck oysters - it was like a performance. We felt comfortable... more

Very expensive, very bland food. We didn't care for the atmosphere either...it felt like we were dining in a dark cafeteria. Service was ok, but our waitress didn't seem to know anything about the food and wine selections and came off as a bit indifferent. Don't waste your $$ here, there are many restaurants in Vegas that are worth the... more

The atmosphere was very nice compared to what I was expecting. It was dimly lit and perfect for a dinner for two. My husband has steak that was served with potatoes and asparagus. The steak and potatoes were great but the asparagus was actually pickled or something. Not at all complementary to the dish. I had the lamb tangine. I've... more

We frequent Vegas and try to dine at different places every time. Seablue, though, is now on our list of "things to do" when we go to Vegas. It was a relatively quiet week when we went, so it was not noisy or distracting. The meal starts off with flatbread (nan) and hummus trio- this alone is worth a return... more
