Very expensive, very bland food. We didn't care for the atmosphere either...it felt like we were dining in a dark cafeteria. Service was ok, but our waitress didn't seem to know anything about the food and wine selections and came off as a bit indifferent. Don't waste your $$ here, there are many restaurants in Vegas that are worth the... more

The atmosphere was very nice compared to what I was expecting. It was dimly lit and perfect for a dinner for two. My husband has steak that was served with potatoes and asparagus. The steak and potatoes were great but the asparagus was actually pickled or something. Not at all complementary to the dish. I had the lamb tangine. I've... more

We frequent Vegas and try to dine at different places every time. Seablue, though, is now on our list of "things to do" when we go to Vegas. It was a relatively quiet week when we went, so it was not noisy or distracting. The meal starts off with flatbread (nan) and hummus trio- this alone is worth a return... more

Good atmosphere and tasty food. Staff started off keen to help but later were really not up to scratch. Picked the taster menu for 3 people ($49 each). It wasn't until half way through the meal that we noticed we had exactly the same amount of food as a couple on the next table - a meal for 2 was... more

Can't really believe I'm writing this, but my meal at SeaBlue wasn't that great. Okay, the lobster bisque was good and the nan and dips were nice, but my fish (sea bass) wasn't very fresh and was nearly all raw! In a place where fish should be pristine and perfectly cooked, I was shocked to be served what I had.... more

We dined here after watching KA by Cirque du Soleil (which was absolutely fantastic). We had reservations and got seated promptly. We had a very nice dining experience here, but the music was way too loud. At some points, we could not talk to each other!! The wait staff was very friendly, but quite slow -- especially since they were... more

A Chef who attaches his name to a restaurant should really check in on that once in awhile. We dined at Sea Blue on November 9th. The server was inexperienced or incapabale. Several requests were not honored from lemon for our sparkling Voss that never came (because the tap water they served was just plain disgusting), to a request to... more

If you want amazing seafood in Vegas, dine here. Michael Mina hits it right on in this location. The "tagine" dishes are right on task. They aren't really tagines though, I got the Spanish paella version, a blend of shell fish, chorizo and quail, all perfectly cooked with a beautiful saffron rice. I went with the octopus app. which was... more
