My family has been eating at El Calderon (formally Vegas Cafe) for over 15 years. You can't get better Mexican food in the Las Vegas area. I have the chile relleno and either crispy beef taco or sour cream enchilada combo plate every time. The flour tortillas are homemade and delicious. You won't be disappointed. more
