We ate at Shintaro while visiting Las Vegas last year (just now getting around to writing this review). We should have known that something was up as the place was about 1/4 filled on a Saturday night. The food was very, very bland. My steak had no flavor. The service can only be described as, "there". My husband and I ate here on Jan 31st and we were very disappointed. The restaurant has a great view of the water attraction at night and the staff is great but the food just wasn't good.
