This restaurant was very close to our condo and decided to give it a try. It was very nice inside and the service was excellent. My wife is very hard to please since she works in food service for a living and was very pleased with her meal. The prices are a little steep but the serving size and quality... more

Upon arrival we were immediately seated and attended. Our waiter was personable and effective. Drinks (Iced Tea) came immediately. Our antipasto of calimari fritti was large, perfectly prepared and served with an ample portion of marinara sauce and quartered lemons. My dinner of Spaghetti Classici with meatballs was very well done. The spaghetti was perfectly al dente; the meat sauce... more

We happened to get a coupon for a free bottle of wine with the purchase of two entrees, so we decided to give it a try. You have no idea that it is an Italian restaruant when you look at it. From our greeting at the door to our fabulous waiter, the whole experience was awesome! The food was incredible... more

The Lasagne, which we both ordered, was inedible. Yes we've had outstanding lasagne and so-so lasagne but never have we had BAD lasagne. That's hard to do!This stuff was weird. Skip this place - there are lots of others in Las Vegas that are good and not nearly as expensive.. more

We ordered from the early bird menu and were unimpressed. The service was good, but the food won't make us return or recommend this run of the mill Italian restaurant. more

When you step into the Bootlegger's Bistro you feel as though you've been transported back in time into some odd 1960s Vegas restaurant. The dining room is quite loud, which in my opinion adds to the atmosphere. The food however was below par. The three of us in the group each ordered a chicken dish, and each of us were... more

We dined at the Bootlegger on October 9th because it was recommended by an employee at the Golden Nugget (where we were staying.) She recommended it over Casa di Amore. The food was wonderful...linguine with clam sauce, eggplant parmesean, and the special of the evening-pasta carbonara. Entrees were all under $20.00 each. Nice wine selection also. We didn't have dessert... more

I liked this restaurant for the attention given to the patrons, the speediness of drinks being refilled, friendliness of the staff and the portions of the food. The food was better than average but nothing that will blow your socks off. If you are looking for a taste sensation then I don't know if this is the place. more

The Bootlegger isn't the type of place I would have sought out, but now that I've been there twice, I'd recommend it not just for the food, but for the entertainment in the late evening. The menu is classic Italian - nothing innovative, but satisfying and nice sized portions, and reasonable prices. The service was friendly and efficient. It's definitely... more
