We were seated at 8:30PM and promptly told the waitress that we had 10PM tickets to the Blue Man Show which she acknowledged. After taking our order we got our drinks, but we did not get even a crumb of bread until 9:20PM. Five out of six of our appetizers came soon afterwards, but one appetizer of asparagus did not... more

My wife and I had breakfast here on Oct 18 and it was fabulous! We were quickly seated in a small room of the restaurant with 2 other tables which made for a nice nice quiet romantic experience. My wife had the egg florentine and I had the Pinot Brassiere Benedict. Both were prepared to perfection using high quality ingredients.... more

Good food and fairly good service, salad was excellent and my friend loved the lobster she ordered. We also had frog legs and the chocolate souffle, which was good but unremarkable. Typical Vegas restaurant, don't expect it to feel more "French" than your average American restaurant. more

I was in town for a conference and stayed at The Venetian. I opted out of the conference meals (e.g. rubber banquet chicken) and ate around the various properties. I have always enjoyed the cuisine at Pinot Brasserie and returned on 7/16/08. Two prix fixe menus were offered in addition to the creative a la carte menu. I opted for... more

Went there for Dinner with 6 people as a quest. I ordered the Salmon and it was terrible. It had an extremely fishy taste and it was not presented very well at all. I should not have eaten it as I suspected that it was bad but......like a lot of people when you are guest, you remain quiet and enjoy... more

Both service and presentation are excellent. The filet was well-prepared and the portion more than ample. Sadly, the cut was only average and lacked the buttery texture that a filet can have. The onion soup was unremarkable, with perhaps too coarse a cover of cheese, and a somewhat commercial flavour to the broth. The wine list is excellent. A little... more

During a visit to Las Vegas I met my son and his girlfriend for lunch at PINOT Brasserie located at the Venetian. We wanted to enjoy an upscale lunch together while I was in town for a convention. (My son lives there) We decided to try PINOT. After we were seated it became apparent that the menu was typical American... more

My husband and I had a lovely dinner at Pinot this past weekend. We had attentive service and the food was well prepared. I had lobster bisque to start and duck breast. Both quite lovely. My husband had a simple, well-executed French onion soup and a very generous portion of lobster and tender filet mignon. For dessert, we shared a... more

I had lunch here last week & ordered the lobster bisque & rotisserie chicken. Both were quite good. The lobster bisque was delicious but very heavy. I couldn't finish the whole bowl of soup. The chicken was moist with delicious terragon-cherry vinegar sauce. Lunch menu was rather limited, serves rather large number of burgers, steaks, & fries. Oh well, must... more
