I have been to this restaurant many times. The one thing I can always guarantee is bad service. The food can be very good if you know what to order, but after I had a knife pulled on me on my last visit in the parking lot, I will never go again. Extremely bad area... Dine at your own risk.... more

I visited Lotus of Siam one afternoon for lunch based on its reputation as one of the best Thai restaurants in North America. I don't eat enough Thai to say for certain its the best in NA but I will say hands down it was the best Thai food I have ever eaten. Don't let its location in a strip... more

The staff in the restaurant all lie! We left a pair of prescription eye glasses behind and they all told a different story about them. A week later our neighbors left there babies prescription medication in a little "Hello Kitty" bag, the purse was worthless, the medicine was two hundred dollars! Again, five servers, five different stories about what happened... more

After reading several reviews by professional food critics, we went in with very high expectations. All three of our group love Thai food, and we eat it regularly in our home city, where we have some pretty good examples. Out of the four dishes ordered (plus dessert), only one was worthy of the rave reviews. The others were good, don't... more

I had read about several food critics calling Lotus of Siam the simply best Thai restaurant in America. And happily it did not disappoint from those lofty praises. This place was a true find in every sense of the word, right down to the front street-side façade of the complex looking derelict and almost abandoned. Have patience, the real entrance... more

On first look the place seems to be a dump - in a a very shady looking area of town which makes you slightly fear for your safety. Always a big queue to get in - had to wait on this ocassion for about 45 minutes. Once inside the decor is nothing to shout about. The service was what you... more

I was in Las Vegas on a business trip this past week with a couple of colleagues. We had a rare night off from hosting clients. So, I mentioned to them that a friend had told me about this terrific Thai place in a strip mall way out on Sahara. We arrived and had a short wait as we did... more

Great food, incredibly fresh and well-prepared. "Family-style" dining is definitely encouraged. The location is certainly well off the strip, but if Thai food is your thing it is worth the trip. The dishes are quite unique, with a very diverse menu. There was a line to get in but our reservation got us seated immediately. more
