My wife and I had dinner at Canaletto a week ago. I ordered the Spaghetti All'Aragosto (spaghetti with whole butterfied Maine Lobster). My wife ordered Passera Di Mare (grilled whole petrale sole). I've eaten almost everywhere in Vegas and (despite bad reviews) I found Canaletto to be quite excellent. The service was amazing and my food was the best of the whole trip -- at a fraction of the price! I had the pear tortellini on the recommendation of the waiter and it was incredible.
