We ate there on a Saturday night. The service was lousy. We ordered a risotto dish which was bland and not what we ordered. It was the worst risotto we have ever had. We asked for it to be taken back. We also asked for tap water and after asking twice, they brought bottled water and ignored our request. When... more

Having booked a table long before we arrived in Vegas and specifically asked to overlook the balcony, I was somewhat dissapointed to be allocated a seating postion in a "boring" area when the restaurant was at least half empty. My request to move fell on deaf ears. A while later, a young trendy couple took the seats we had requested... more

My husband and i recently ate here and felt that it was not worth the money at all! we each had 2 drinks, salads and ordered off of the specials menu. our bill was $97. beware... they charge for a bottle of water, which you are not offered a choice of whether or not you want it. the food was... more

Just visited the Palazzo in Vegas...beautiful hotel. Before going to the Phantom show, also very wonderful, we went to Zeffirinos' in the Venetian for a drink and appetizers. What a rip off on the appetizers! $8.00 each for basically nothing! The brochetta consisted of 4 little breads with some chopped tomatos about one mouth full each. The chicken on the... more

Flawless service. Fantastic multi-course meal and wine. Portion size was perfect for me. Wandering musicians. Very enjoyable evening. Yes, it was expensive compared to my normal evening out, but the food was far better as well. more

Dreadful.

I think we had the same experience as another diner because we declined a bottle of wine when ordering, as I am pregnant and that was it! Service was dreadful. All items pretty much slung at us. We ordered pasta and it came in I kid you not, less than 5 minutes!!! It was clearly microwaved. Horrible. So, for 2... more

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch after strolling along the Canal. We saw their $25 3-course lunch menu and that caught our eye. The decor is quite elegant and certainly has an upscale atmosphere. We were seated overlooking the canal, although we couldn't really see the gondolas without standing up. We did manage a few pictures... more

The place was empty when we were seated. We declined to order an expensive bottle of wine. That was it for us, we ceased to exist from that point on. The food had absolutley no flavor. We had to beg for parmesan cheese and red pepper. It did not help with flavoring. Waiter acted as if we were a total... more

I was spending my vacation time in Vegas by myself and wanted a before- show dinner. Strolling along the shops and canals of the Venetian and Palazzo, I was drawn to an outside restaurant but noticed all the tables were full. So, I went inside. The hostess directed me up the stairs and told me someone would seat me once... more

This is a nice, romantic Italian restaurant. The ambiance is very nice and the view over the canal is really nice. The service was excellent and the musicians were fantastic. The only thing that was a little disapointing was the food itself. more
