We eat at Bally’s Sunday Sterling Brunch buffet every time we’re in Las Vegas. It’s our favorite splurge. It’s not as big as some other buffets, but everything they serve is of the highest quality. It starts with the unlimited champagne, which was Mumm’s red ribbon this year, and which they started serving us as we waited to be seated.... more

On Oct. 4, 2009, we paid with tip, $215 for two people and it was worth every penny. The service was the best. We never had an empty glass and a finished plate never lingered on our table. We had two waiters that tended to our every need. Placing napkins on our laps and carrying our plates back from the... more

If your looking for that something a bit different, way to spend a Sunday Lunch time, then this is it. To make the most of the Sterling Lunch, then arrive for Mid-day, that way you can graze for the next 2.5 or so hours. We had two lovely Waiters, one was called Caesar, they did look after us very well.... more

WOW! My husband and myself ate here on sunday, Oct. 4th, 2009. We came hungry and left full! The Champagne never stopped flowing, the service was excellent and the food was delicious! There was shrimp, lobster, caviar, lamb, prime rib, exoctic fruit and unique salads. The room was full and lively yet not loud or intimidating. Almost forgot, they have... more

With great anticipation, my wife and I made reservations at Bally's for their Sterling Brunch. Diappointing doesn't begin to describe our experience. The much touted Maine lobster was dried out with very little meat in the tail. The pork was overcooked. The rack of lamb was gamey Australian lamb (rather than the higher end Colorado lamb served at fine restaurants... more

We really enjoyed our Brunch and thought it was well worth the money. We were seated in the steakhouse, pretty much next to the hot stations and the welcome and service were absolutely first class. The champagne (Mumms) was generously served and there was no wait for a top up. We had two bottles between us plus ice water and... more

If I was drinking their champagne and we were sitting for a couple of hours, then $85 might be OK if the food was excellent. But for someone who doesn't drink, I think $85 is just to much for buffet. Let me know when they change for the people who don't drink. Thanks, email: get_the_info@yahoo.com more

The Sterling Brunch is in the hotel's elegant steak house, so the decoration is much like a very elite mens' private club (beautiful wood, rich colors, white cloth tablecloths and so forth). I behaved myself and took just a little of absolutely everything, (except for the lobster which of course, you had to have an entire one of, but what... more

This was our best meal in Vegas - caviar, oysters, smoked salmon, a speciality omelette to die for, strawberries covered in chocolate and unlimited Mumm champagne. more

This was our 2nd trip to Sterling Brunch. When we went last summer, we both loved it. They served Perrier Jouet champagne and kept refilling our glasses. This year, they changed the champagne to Mumm and it took a little while for our waiter to come back and fill it up. After a little while, he warmed up to us... more
