The Sterling Brunch is in the hotel's elegant steak house, so the decoration is much like a very elite mens' private club (beautiful wood, rich colors, white cloth tablecloths and so forth). I behaved myself and took just a little of absolutely everything, (except for the lobster which of course, you had to have an entire one of, but what... more

This was our best meal in Vegas - caviar, oysters, smoked salmon, a speciality omelette to die for, strawberries covered in chocolate and unlimited Mumm champagne. more

This was our 2nd trip to Sterling Brunch. When we went last summer, we both loved it. They served Perrier Jouet champagne and kept refilling our glasses. This year, they changed the champagne to Mumm and it took a little while for our waiter to come back and fill it up. After a little while, he warmed up to us... more

This was my second trip to the Bally's Sterling Brunch. At $85 + tax + gratuity, it isn't cheap for a self-service buffet, but the food on offer is truly outstanding and there is an unlimited supply of champagne.. Attentive waiters keep your glass topped up with quality champagne (it was Mumm). Expect items on the menu such as caviar,... more

Excellent service and attention to detail. Our champagne glass was never empty. There was a wide variety of choices for brunch. It is well worth the money. My husband said the filet mignon and lobster were exceptional. more

We had heard so much about Bally's Sterling buffet that we decided to try it. Very pricey, and we were disappointed with what we got. Food was just mediocre and they didn't have a lot of variety. The desert section was a joke. Very small selection and their idea of cheesecake looked more like lemon pie to us. The atmosphere... more

Although it is only available on Sunday, the Sterling Brunch is an exceptional experience. Yes, there are other buffets . . . and, yes there are more attractive hotels . . . BUT, the Sterling is a stand alone experience. We've been to virtually all of the best restaurants Vegas has to offer. We've also hit most of the "premier"... more

Went here last Sunday the 15th for a solo brunch after my sister and fiancee bailed out on me (this was supposed to be done for my sister's birthday present). After coming to the Bally's Steakhouse door I was nervous because i just lost my Harrah's player card a few minutes before, AND i am only a gold level player.... more

For $85 per person this place is way overprice. Located inside of old casino it also looks old.Service is annoying. Someone told every waiter in Vegas that in order to get more tips they have to talk to you non-stop: where are you from, where do you stay, who is that girl next to you. Anyway, food is so ordinary... more

This is my second time here and loved it even more. Had brunch here on March 8th and service was great! This time I went straight for the lobster and cavier (and so did everyone else, hahaha)! I ate probably 3 lobsters by myself, it was awesome. Yes it seems like the lobsters was quick to go, but in my... more
