We were so excited to splurge for an excellent French meal in Las Vegas. It was a toss up between three, and we chose Alize. Had the delightful sommelier, Alan, played a more important role in the evening I suspect it would have been much more successful. He obviously understood about fine dining, and needless to say, fine wine. Our... more

My husband and I celebrated a long weekend in Las Vegas and tried to book what we thought were the best restaurants in town for dinner. It was our first trip, so recommendations were what we had to go on. Alize came highly recommended, so we booked an anniversary dinner for two. First off, the view is the very best... more

Wow! What a wonderful place! My (now) fiance and I dined at Alize and had a wonderful meal. Our table was not ready when we arrived (because we requested a window table - this is a must-do!!!), but we were on vacation, so we didn't mind. A knowledgeable bartender made our short wait very pleasant by helping with wine and... more

We went for dinner here recently based on recommendations from people on the TA forums. This restaurant is on the top floor of the Palms. We arrived slightly before sunset. After it goes down, they open the shades and you have a beautiful view of the neon strip as it lights up. We went on a weekday so it was... more

We ate at Alize on July 26, 2008, our fifth wedding anniversary. The experience was wonderful! The food was affordable and delicious, the waitstaff was attentive and friendly, and the view was spectacular!! There is an amazingly extensive wine cellar with a knowledgeable and friendly sommelier. We did have a half bottle of Veuve Clicquot, but did not venture further... more

We ate here for our anniversary dinner and the food, wine, and service was great. The Price was a little hard to swallow but once you get past that and enjoy the view and food, you will not be disappointed. The only problem I had was my wife and I got to the Palms a little early and we were... more

We visited Alizé at the Palms for some celebration at May 26th. We were early and the first ones in the restaurant and we were very well taken care of. Our table was right by the window towards the Strip and the view is incredible. We started with two pineapple margaritas and as appetizer I chose Crispy Tiger Shrimp Stuffed... more

We've been to Alize about 4 times in the past year and have fallen more and more in love with it. What we were really struck by this past time was how friendly and welcoming the staff is. They so surpass some of the phony upscale pretentiousness that we've encountered at other places in Vegas - which is just BORING.... more

While in Vegas over the weekend, we decided to check out Alize. Our experience with the pricier restaurants in Vegas have not been that great (Nove was absolutely terrible) so we were a little hesitant. However, Alize at the Palms was absolutely amazing. My husband ordered the Salmon Oscar and I had a filet. We also ordered the choclate souffle... more

The view at this place is definately nice, but not worth the price tag. Rosmary's (off strip) had better food and better service, by far (although the food at each location did not live up to NYC standards). Our first server was HORRIBLE. When asked how the chicken entree was, he responded "chicken is chicken", which is the rudest answer... more
