This restaurant has a great view of Vegas and its worth going one time just to see it. Another plus is its proximity to the Ghost Bar, which is an awesome experience. We didnt have to wait on the line or pay a cover to get up to it since we had dined at the restaurant. As for the food... more

A local friend of mine recommended this restaurant both for the excellent food and for the panoramic view of Las Vegas. It was beyond my expectations. The food was delicious and interesting at the same time. For example, my appetizer was a salad with a pear with blue cheese wrapped in crispy phyllo dough; for the main course I had... more

My wife and I had dinner here during an extended Valentine's Day weekend getaway. It was initially quite impressive with a wonderful view from the 56th floor and lots of people to serve you. However, the food was very disappointing. My wife ordered a risotto special and the predominant taste was salt. Lots of salt. I ordered filet mignon and... more

Got engaged at Alize 4 years ago, so glad to come back and have anniversary meal here in Nov 08. Service was very attentive throughout. Sommelier gave good advice on the wine, even though it was clear we were sticking to the cheaper end of the price list. French onion soup was delicious as were rib eye/scallop special and filet... more

We were so excited to splurge for an excellent French meal in Las Vegas. It was a toss up between three, and we chose Alize. Had the delightful sommelier, Alan, played a more important role in the evening I suspect it would have been much more successful. He obviously understood about fine dining, and needless to say, fine wine. Our... more

My husband and I celebrated a long weekend in Las Vegas and tried to book what we thought were the best restaurants in town for dinner. It was our first trip, so recommendations were what we had to go on. Alize came highly recommended, so we booked an anniversary dinner for two. First off, the view is the very best... more

Wow! What a wonderful place! My (now) fiance and I dined at Alize and had a wonderful meal. Our table was not ready when we arrived (because we requested a window table - this is a must-do!!!), but we were on vacation, so we didn't mind. A knowledgeable bartender made our short wait very pleasant by helping with wine and... more

We went for dinner here recently based on recommendations from people on the TA forums. This restaurant is on the top floor of the Palms. We arrived slightly before sunset. After it goes down, they open the shades and you have a beautiful view of the neon strip as it lights up. We went on a weekday so it was... more

We ate at Alize on July 26, 2008, our fifth wedding anniversary. The experience was wonderful! The food was affordable and delicious, the waitstaff was attentive and friendly, and the view was spectacular!! There is an amazingly extensive wine cellar with a knowledgeable and friendly sommelier. We did have a half bottle of Veuve Clicquot, but did not venture further... more

We ate here for our anniversary dinner and the food, wine, and service was great. The Price was a little hard to swallow but once you get past that and enjoy the view and food, you will not be disappointed. The only problem I had was my wife and I got to the Palms a little early and we were... more
