I booked a table weeks in advance to be sure getting a window table. My wife and I got it and we really enjoyed the view on the Strip. The food was nice but nothing wonderful, and certainly not worth the high price ($380 for 2 courses pp, 1 shared dessert and a bottle of wine). By the way, the... more

We were really looking forward to our visit to Alize but came away feeling very disappointed at our dining experience. The food was OK but, when I'm paying top dollar, it needs to be better than OK. The staff were hopeless IMO. Stressed, fussy and improperly trained. Claudio, the sommelier, was good fun though, although the wine he recommended wasn't... more

We really looked forward to this dining experience as we thought it was the premiere French restaurant in LV but were disappointed. Wine list was extensive but OVERPRICED, not every entree was appetizing, and the prix fixe was outrageously expensive. My rabbit ravioli was pretty good, salmon entree was what it was supposed to be (nothing to rave about), and... more

I selected Alize for a romantic high class restaurant for my wifes 50th birthday. The waiter was very friendly and competent, however, the bus boy reached in front of us to pick up plates. Part of the meal was very good however the main course (lobster) was under cooked. I was unable to finish it. The salad was ar jour... more

We just celebrated our 35th Anniversary at Alize'. I can say we had absolutely the finest meal I have ever had at any restaurant, anywhere, and I have dined at fine restaurants in many cities. The room is subdued, quiet and elegant with the surrounding spectacular views of the city and mountains providing the glamour. We had the 5 course... more

We went here as part of our honeymoon. Lovely place at the top of the palms with a view over the strip. We had a seat by the window which was nice. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable. The food was outstanding, i had rabbit ravioli followed by lamb rack and then raspberry and white chocolate soufle Food was... more

The restaurant is lovely and the view is great. However, perhaps we are spoiled living in San Francisco, the food was mediocre at best. Our sweetbreads were very salty, my wife's duck was tough as was my veal. The Sommilier had the audacity to change my wine order without even a bye your leave. Our waiter was sweet but was... more

We recently dined at Alize at the Palms on May 12th . I made reservations several weeks in advance through Open Table (http://www.opentable.com). I read the reviews on TA as well before I made my final decision. The main reason I chose this restaurant was the view. We were whisked up to the 56th floor by a private elevator and... more

I did so much research on where to have dinner after getting married in the Valley of Fire. I read all of the reviews - good and bad - and went with Alize. Having traveled to Paris, France 6 times as well as eating at Andre's in the Monte Carlo 2x. I had to give this a try. I am... more
