We were really looking forward to this dinner but what a disappointment right from the beginning. First the wine was not the correct wine but we drank it anyway not wanting to be a bother, as the server was cold and impersonnable. Tuna tartar to start was about a cup of chopped Ahi that they mixed with pine nuts, raw... more

Two of us - Thought is was fantastic and would highly recommend! The best thing all trip was the tuna tartare and the lobster pot. We also loved the cod. Service was very good and not snobby at all. Food was served in a timely fashion not rushed or slow. We loved this place!! Food was the best of the... more

Was excited about going to this restaurant for my birthday. My husband had the tuna tartare which was overwhelmed with sesame oil and tasted of nothing else. I had the trio of fish which was bland. We both had the trio of kobe beef which was also very bland. We were both amazed how bland and tasteless the food was.... more

First time in LV, went for the dining, shows and shopping, not for gambling. We love great restaurants all over the world. While meandering through the Bellagio, intending to perhaps go to the celebrated "buffet," when we ran across Michael Mina and read the menu. It looked promising so we took a chance and made a reservation (the buffet looked... more

I thought the food here was fantastic, though served in very small portions. It is truly an upscale, fine dining restaurant. I started with a scallop trio that was amazing then moved to tuna with foie gras. It was not the best tuna I've ever had but it was good. My husband had pork three ways. The tenderloin and chops... more

I don't care how much money you have...if you get overcharged for a meal that is served in kiddie size portions...you will never return again. That's exactly what this restaurant did!. We dine at nice places all the time and don't mind paying for a good meal. But paying $75 for a kid sized steak sampler, or $50 for a... more

We had a lovely dinner at Michael Mina. We did two of the tasting menus with wine pairings. The food and wine was very good, but did not blow my socks off (which is what I would expect from a $200/person meal, including tip). Our waiter and sommelier were very nice and efficient, the meal was paced beautifully. However, our... more

I have been fortunate enough to have dined at numerous world-ranked (Michelin Stars) restaurants and was surprised by the elevated level of quality food, service and delivery execution at Michael Mina's Bellagio. Indeed, my five course meal was simply superb with visual intoxicating delights, creativity & dazzling flavors! My leek soup with potato dumplings were off the hook. The soufflé'... more

We dined at Michael Mina's at The Bellagio because we really wanted a great seafood meal. The food itself was very good. One of our group ordered the signature Lobster pot Pie and loved it. I had a very nice and perfectly cooked piece of fish and the lobster appetizer. Lobster appetizer in citrus foam was yummy. Fish was good.Bread... more
