My husband and I were looking for a "late" night (9pm) dinner spot when we happened upon Tender. The menu was expensive, but the decor looked nice and the food sounded great, so we thought it would be worth a try. There were not that many people in the restaurant yet they said there was a 25 minute wait -... more

Not as bad as other reviews led me to believe, at least not when we were there. We had dinner there and my father was disappointed that, for a steakhouse, they did not serve prime rib. I don't know if that's an east coast thing, but they seem to think that rib roast served for 8.99 on buffets is prime... more

Staying at the Luxor and not eanting a trip out,we decided to eat downstairs.Tender turned out to be very expensive, and voted the worst meal we'd had in a fortnight of touring California.I had a filet mignon which was ordered medium rare and arrived well done on a plate with six onion rings the size of life rings(about a pound... more

The last meal was lousy. But the location's history - the days of it being The Luxor Steak house - drew me back. Sadly - it's not worth it. My wife's steak was undercooked. The couple next to us sent a steak back. The table across from us sent a steak back. At these prices? Nonsense. Never again. more

Just ate there with 3 friends. I am glad I didnt read the reviews before going otherwise I may not have went. Its expensive but as far as nice steak houses in Vegas, the prices are on the low to medium end. However, the wine prices were good. Probably 25% of the bottled wine was $100 or less. I had... more

I ate here Monday March 2nd, 2009. The service was horrible, it was not very busy. My boyfriend and I went to eat here in the Luxor before attending the Fantasy show (which we both really enjoyed). Our server's name was Chuck, I ordered the 1.25 Lobster (50 dollars) and he ordered a 60 dollar steak. When the food came,... more

My husband and I dined here before the disappointing Criss Angel Believe show. The wagu chili sample was a portend of great food to come--NOT! The bread was cold and the butter hard. The lobster and crab stew was a tasteless mess with some raw, unknown vegetable lurking in the depths of the bowl. I ordered the seafood sampler: 2... more

I had dinner with 3 associates and all of the steaks weren't cooked right. Wild Bills $4.99 ribeye and eggs meal had better flavor than the grain fed beef bone in ribeye. There was no juice left in the steak so it was dry. The service was excellent but paying over $700 for a meal for 4 people was the... more

Warm, romantic atmosphere. Black truffle mashed potatoes to die for. Had the veal osso buco - very flavorful but a little on the dry side. Had the soup trio to start - delicious except the apple pumpkin soup reminded me of baby food. Had a bite of my husband's kobe beef carpaccio and kobe beef tartare with quail egg -... more

Everything we ordered was good. One of the Kobe steaks, a filet mignon, sides of carrots and mashed potatoes. Each side was $10. I just thought the food was not anything special or spectacular for the cost. I had a glass of wine, H had a top shelf cocktail. Food came out very quick. Service was fine. All this came... more
