I have been to Hugo's Cellar the last few times we have been to Las Vegas. The service has been wonderful, the salad is the best, and I love the chocolate dipped fruit at the end of the meal. My fiance has said the steak was the best he has ever had both times! On our last visit it was... more

The food was just ok. The service wasn't that great. I had the rack of lam and it was pretty tough. Fiance had one of there chicken dishes and she wasn't exactly thrilled with it either. The best part of the meal was making your own salad. But it's a salad. It shouldn't have been the best thing. more

My girlfriend and I had a great experience at Hugo's Cellar on Nov 25th. Stepping into this restaurant is like going back in time. Very old school Vegas. Every lady receives a rose upon arrival. The service is very good and the food is excellent. The Somalia, John?, is the longest running in Vegas. Salad and Desert comes with your... more

Read all the reviews and gave it a try, made reservations and everything was perfect, we arrived early and they seated us right away, at the very back in small booths, this place is very dark and we liked that. It has an old feel and look, some might not enjoy this but we did. There is good value at... more

My husband and I made reservations for Hugo's Cellar one month out for our 5th anniversary dinner. It was our first time in Vegas and I'd read many good reviews about this place so I wanted to go. First of all, it cost $30 each way to get a cab to downtown from the strip. That $60 was a lot... more

I always visit Hugo's Cellar when I am in Las Vegas. Took my mom for dinner on November 12, 2007 as she had never been there. She loved it as well. The royal treatment, the rose, the salad cart, the service, the food. All excellent and consistent. I've been going there for years - and am always pleased and will... more

I am not sure what these last few reviews are talking about. We enjoyed Hugo's on November 11, 2007 for our 10th wedding anniversary with another couple. It started with the stunning service upon entering the restaurant the proceeded the a wonderful salad. The entrees we ate are the prime rib, the rack of lamb, the crab legs (full split)... more

We ate here on November 4, 2007, because of all the great reviews on Trip Advisor. We were very disappointed. The service was good. The food was mediocre at best. I had the veal marsala. The veal was tasteless and the sauce tasted like it was out of a jar. My husband had the scallops which he said were flavorless.... more

I had read about hugo's on TA and made a point of getting a reservation there on our trip. We went on a monday night and they had an 8:00pm which was perfect for us. When we walked into the four queens they knew we were looking for hugos and pointed us in the right direction. I loved the little... more
