We went to Hugo's on our last night recently after reading TA's reports. Everything was fantastic, from the rose given to me and my daughter on entering the restaurant, to the service, food and wine. The salad cart is a good idea - your choice of about a dozen items to create your own salad which is more than enough... more

Dined here on Aug 14 and I must say it was impeccable. From the rose to the Anniv. dessert, Everything was perfect. Chateau and lobster for two, the salad cart, the beer in less than 30 seconds etc. Service and food were outstanding. Who needs a steak knife. You could cut the tenderloin with a spoon. My only disparging remark... more

I was there this past weekend with 7 other carnivores for a bachelor party roast...half of us take food seriously, the others are the 'live to eat' bunch, hence we didn't want to spend too much at the superpremium steakhouses on the Strip. They can keep their money and monikers, this meal at Hugo's was exceptional in almost every way... more

My husband has been in the meat industry for 20 years and he repeatly said at dinner that this was one of the best steak meals he has ever had and I have to agree with him!!! The service was excellent, the meal was superb and the atmosphere was lovely. I could go on and on but you just need... more

I took my husband to Hugo's on the recommendations from Trip-Advisor. The casino was a little old and smokey, but the restaurant was fantastic. Starting off with a long stemmed rose for me. Our waiter, assistant waiter and wine steward were just the way old elegant steak cellars, used to serve you. The salad was one of the best, since... more

I'm a huge Hugo's fan....I've been here to celebrate my last 3 birthday dinners, but this time it really fell short. The staff was not consistant like they normally are and the service was not up to par at all. Matter of fact if it wasn't for our bus boy we would of been totally overlooked. The prime rib was... more

We made reservations at Hugos on the advice of this forum and are so glad we did. Very old school feel with the exposed brick old style waiters manhattans served with a good size carafe of extra on ice..you know its gonna be good. The salad cart was really good huge we started with the crab stuffed mushrooms with boursin... more

My husband, myself and our two adult daughters dined for the first time at Hugo's Cellar on July 4, 2007, after hearing so much about the place in the forum at TA. We were a little hesitant before we stepped into the restaurant because the entrance is inside the Four Queens Casino, but once inside we were captivated. It's dimly... more

We went there for dinner after our wedding two years ago. Excellent ambiance. Excellent service. Really great & fun table side salad cart. Food was prepared quite skillfully. Sommelier had just the right amount of pretentiousness and ultimately suggested a superb wine to pair with our food. We are going back this week for our anniversary. I had the lobster.... more

The meal includes a rather large salad with an excellent choice of add-ons. My entree was sea scallops centenial which were good although I have had better at 2 other restaurants at a lower price. The service was efficient and attentive but there were 2 problems toward the end. After the entree the waiter brought the dessert tray. Fortunately we... more
