We had the filet mignon and it was superb. The appetizers and the side dishes were complex but wonderful. The wine list is extensive, the waiting staff are a good balance between attentiveness and giving us room to breathe. The decor is definitely not oldschool steakhouse but rather high end staekhouse meets sexy Vegas and that was very cool. more

The title says it all really. This is a fantastic restaurant, with amazing staff and food and atmosphere. Good food costs money I know. But some of the prices and charges are a little steep. The wine list is scary at best! Push for the 'Pinot Fin' from the Burgandy menu and it'll match any dish! Thanks guys at CUT... more

I saw this restaurant on the Food Network and thought that I HAD to go there the next time I was in Vegas. I'd probably go again, but just get the steak and side. Too many other wonderful places to eat in Vegas to just eat here when I eat expensive. This is what we had: Drinks- I don't like... more

We dined in the bar seating area on a Friday night and were extremely impressed with the food, service, and overall experience. We ordered a bottle of wine (a great, and cheap, grenache at $36) and were treated to have the sommelier come over to prime our glasses and talk. We didn't feel dumb asking questions and received a very... more

Firstly, how can the reviewer below compare CUT to the Grand Lux Cafe, completely different food, target market, dining experience, etc. need I go on. We had a superb experience at CUT last Saturday, found the service friendly and super-efficient without being overbearing. Excellent steaks, lobster etc. reasonably priced for this calibre of restaurant. All food was precisely cooked, beautifully... more

First waiter couldn't understand clear English and also seemed very pompous, he asked if we would like water and then brought out an expensive bottle of mineral water when others were getting free chilled water. The next person to serve us was much better and friendlier. The food was good although very expensive for what it is and the place... more

Everything about our experience here was superb, the service was impressive, we had an 8pm reservation and they seated us immediately at a large corner booth. Our server was professional, quick, knowledgeable and didn't make us feel rushed. They have a fantastic wine list. The food was divine, every place else we ate that weekend just couldn't compare. About $450... more

We went to the CUT for my boyfriend's 30th Birthday. I was debating which Steak House to go to in Vegas and went with CUT. That was a fantastic choice. The steaks were so juicy and tender as well as the family portion sides. The service was impecable and everything was done over the top. We felt like we each... more

Wolfgang Puck does it again - I will NEVER walk through another door to any thing with his name on it again. The service was poor - they seemed understaffed that evening as our server was in the weeds the entire night. Cocktails were very slow coming out. 2 of the steaks ordered were overdone. One was sent back (I... more
