Wolfgang Puck does it again - I will NEVER walk through another door to any thing with his name on it again. The service was poor - they seemed understaffed that evening as our server was in the weeds the entire night. Cocktails were very slow coming out. 2 of the steaks ordered were overdone. One was sent back (I... more

$350.00 for 2 people. My partner ordered the New York Tasting which was roughly 10 ounces of New York Steak which was really incredible. I ordered the Fillet Mignon which was also incredible. For side dishes we ordered the Fingerling Potatoes, Peas, and Tempura Onion Rings which were all incredible. I must admit, when I originally heard this was a... more

I dont understand the bad reviews for service.Everytime we go there they fall all over themselves to wait on us.Besides the food being over the top wonderful, the wines top notch the servers are wonderful.Heres a suggestion: Ask for a guy named "Matt" when you get there.I guarantee he will take care of you from beginning to end. more

It was my wife's birthday and my friends had recommended we try CUT for the occasion. We usually meet up 2xs a year to try to eat at some of the notable places Vegas has to offer. We arrived 30 minutes early to enjoy some cocktails and enjoy modern decor and catch-up. We were waited on pretty quickly and the... more

Was in vegas with a group of friends and decided to have a great night of fine dining instead of buffets. Service was beyond excellent. Our beef choices were brought out to us on a tray for display and explination of what was what. Then our sommlier came out to help us choose a wine selection to be paired along... more

We were excited to try this steakhouse, which had been heavily publicized in the press. Unfortunately, when we got there and looked at the menu, we were shocked. $50 for the cheapest steak on the menu. Seriously. Wine list was the same - there were twice as many bottles over $5,000 as there were under $300. Okay, we thought, this... more

Ate here with my husband last week. sadly the great food (best beef I've ever tasted) was overshadowed somewhat by the terrible atmosphere and the snobbish service. For some reason the very contemporary styled restaurant chooses to play very loud bad classic rock in the background. The music was played loud enough to make it difficult to carry on a... more

We (3 nicely dressed 30-something guys) had an 8.30pm dinner reservation and even though there were plenty of empty seats we were redirected to the bar "for the table to get ready". We were given the menu to order cocktails (at $14, poor selection); two other groups of guests were waiting for a table having ordered drinks. When we did... more
