check in was ok. the frontdesk clerk was very nice, the timeshare people didnt bother us to much, we just walked by them. the room ok, floor was not vacumed very well, i made the housekeeper next door come back in and vacum it again.. parking does suck, and a long walk to tower 1. maybe would come back again... more

This hotel is not one of the better hotels, I would recomend another hotel. It is very loud confusing layout and the underpaid bartenders really are rude in particular Hout at the Lounge near tower II, My boyfriend and I walked away feeling upset . We stayed in a very clean tower room, which had been remodeled to a widescreen room. Very spacious and overlooked the pools. Pools were wonderful with the water slide open for the kids.
