I did not like this Hotel at all. Maid service is very slow and takes forever to fix problems. I had a disgusting stain on a Sham on the bed. They did not change it when asked. It took theme three days to do it. Room was not that clean. more

The Monte Carlo was a beautiful hotel and very clean. The decor was updated and chic. Because we in mid-week and the hotel was not extremely busy, we were upgraded to a suite without even asking. I will definitely make the Monte Carlo my home-base for future business trips to Las Vegas. more
