ARRIVAL & PARKING Arrived by car 9-26-08. Very good valet service. A lot of construction in the area now, if you want to leave hotel, cut thru parking lot to the south of the valet area, head toward NY NY casino, and can easily exit onto Tropicana. If you exit by car using the strip, you’ll get stuck waiting for... more

Please do not ever stay at the Monte Carlo if you ever go to Las Vegas. My girlfriends and I just went this past weekend for a bachelorette party and found our mattresses were infested with bed bugs. One of the girls got it worse than the rest of us. Below is a link to see the pictures of the... more

Clearly from reading past reviews the location of the room you receive makes all the difference between a noisy, unpleasant experience and a good visit. We had read the posts and were forewarned. When we checked in we requested a room away from the construction (which is a challenge, there's eight towers going up all around the hotel). At first... more

Alright, you're reading this, meaning you actually care enough about your vacation to do the smallest bit of research. Kudos. I stayed at the Monte Carlo from Sep. 29- Oct. 1st. It was amazing. Here's a run-down of myself and the person I went with: 21 year old males, there to have a good time for their first legal trip... more

Sorry for the delay on my review. My husband and I stayed at MC for 6 days, 5 nights during the week of Fourth of July. We had a fabulous time. Check-in was a breeze...we had to only wait for 15 minutes for our room to be ready and the room was clean. We asked to be away from the... more

Had a rate of $49 per night through the players club. Hotel was clean and well maintained. If you are staying on the side facing the City Center construction it can be noisy at times, but I have experienced more noise at other hotels in Vegas when I had some loudmouths staying in the room next door. I would rate... more

the good thing about this hotel is that it does not have a gimic. most of the other hotels in las vegas all have one. there was alot of road works and building works going on around the hotel which made it confusing. the location is fine as you can get around the strip by using the monorail from the... more

Built in 1994, run like a Detroit Auto company in the 70's. I can't think of a reason to return. What wasn't bad was mediocre. The only plus, when it was time to leave, valet had the car ready really fast. The should have let it burn in January. more

After much research and consideration, we booked the MC for our first trip to Las Vegas. I was moderately concerned about the construction I read about in many of the reviews. We decided to go ahead and stay at the MC due to the great deal and location. The Monte Carlo main lobby is beautiful, the casino is low key,... more

We stayed here while my husband attended a business convention. Compared to some of the other hotels/resorts, the Monte Carlo is quite basic. It is an enormous hotel but doesn't have many in-room facilities, including no fridge and no tea or coffee making facilities. During the time that we stayed there a significant number of construction projects were happening along... more
