We were with friends and had connecting rooms. Between the two rooms, the following things occurred: not enough towels; no soap; no shampoo or conditioner; stale mini-bar products; room not cleaned at all one day , even after repeated calls. I attend the SEMA show hosted at the Las Vegas Convention Center every year, and this past show I stayed at the Venetian. Wow! We had a suite at the Venetian and we could not have been more happier. The room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable. We couldnt hear any outside noise or hallway noise.
