It was so filthy, and holes in the walls. Scary place. Nothing like the ad on the internet. Lousy service. No breakfast, No hot water. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel looked nice on the outside but the rooms were horrible. Front desk was untrained & unhelpful, computers down all 4 days, rooms weren't cleaned, only 2 towels per room and no blankets for the couch bed. We Got stuck in one of southern California's very rare snowstorms causing the I-15 to close down. I immediately called, and they pretty much said too bad, we are charging you anyway. Don't trust these guys, They don't care about you at all, and totally inhospitable. more
