Made reservations a month in advance. Tried telling us we made the reservations in the wrong month. Would not honor our airline rates. Air conditioning did not work. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple extra bucks and stay somewhere else. more

It was so filthy, and holes in the walls. Scary place. Nothing like the ad on the internet. Lousy service. No breakfast, No hot water. They didn't vaccum, lousy towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, no coffee, remote didn't match TV, etc. Parking was far away in the back. Small and funky. The help wasn't hospitable, made several trips for coffee and... more

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel looked nice on the outside but the rooms were horrible. My first room the shower didn't drain, the comforters were stained, and the room smelled terribly. There is no lighting in the back parking lot and none of the security locks to the gates or the... more

I'm actually not that picky. I can put up with funkiness, stains, indifferent service. But this place was an all-time low. They don't clean the rooms, apparently. After waiting for the much written about computer to come up, putting up with the single desk clerk who sniffed every 10 seconds and ran her hand upwards on her nose to wipe... more

Front desk was untrained & unhelpful, computers down all 4 days, rooms weren't cleaned, only 2 towels per room and no blankets for the couch bed. We all (5 rooms) were told no extra towels until housekeeping came at 11:00pm and come get them. check out took 40 min. and it was still wrong. Front desk gave incorrect information several... more

St. Tropez all Suites Here is our experience: First night: 1. Upon arrival (8 PM) we are told that the computers are down and it will at least 15 to 20 minutes before we can check in if the computers are up by then. 2. In a 2 room suite (2 queens in the bedroom) with a pull out in... more

We Got stuck in one of southern California's very rare snowstorms causing the I-15 to close down. I immediately called, and they pretty much said too bad, we are charging you anyway. Don't trust these guys, They don't care about you at all, and totally inhospitable. more
