Went to MGM Oct 19-26-09. Got to hotel and waited in line for roughly 20 minutes for check in. We got there at 9am so our rooms were not ready, to be expected. Told to leave bags with bell hop and come back around 12:30. Came back at 1 and all 3 of our rooms were ready. Called bell hop... more
