The MGM is not grand! The standard rooms are poorer than the Best Western. The only good thing I have to say about them was the comfortable beds. It is so far away from the action it is not worth the trip. If you are going to spend that kind of money on a strip hotel - go where the... more

I am going to admit that I am bias in giving a positive review, as I have been visiting the MGM Grand in Vegas for nearly 15 years and have yet to stay at another Vegas property that I enjoy as much as this one. As of late, the Poker Room has been one of the reasons I enjoy staying... more

I've stayed at the MGM twice and both times were excellent. the rooms are big, clean and spacious. im not sure why people complain when you are staying at a 4 star hotel but expecting 5 star rooms and service. i would definately stay here again. more

My wife and i just returned from there and were dissapointed in the deluxe room. One morning we had no water, the taps leaked, the toilet seat was broken, the bath tub filled up while taking a shower, the tv reception was poor. We liked the hotel complex but i would stay some where different on next trip. Gary more

I came to Las Vegas for a business meeting at the MGM, I do not gamble, and the things I enjoy at a hotel (gym, lap pool) aren't typically characteristic of Vegas hotels. Nonetheless, I had a great time at the MGM. It is huge, but very easy to maneuver your way around, and its size, all the people, all... more

Apon arrival check in was not a friendly welcome. No smile, welcome to the Mgm Grand or information about the hotel. The room was very average and did not even have a coffee pot. Hotel staff were not friendly and do not give the impression that quest are of valued importance. Noting that the hotel is very large, it would... more

This was our first trip to Vegas, we originally booked a room in the Grand Tower but were informed when we checked in that we had been upgraded to the West Wing for free which was great! The room was very modern and cool. LCD tv built into the bathroom mirror and another one in the bedroom which we were... more

I booked our vacation to the MGM Grand through Expedia. After reading some reviews on here, I was concerned that the stay would not be what I was hoping for. Luckily, it was more then I was hoping for! The boyfriend and I arrived on Tuesday, September 30 around 8:30pm and expierenced no line up as we checked in at... more

MGM..... you may get lost in it at least once a day... but it was the best casino hotel compared to walking through some of the others. The rooms were spacious, although its quite a treck to get to them the hotel is so big. The facilities were excellent and there was everything there you could imagine. The Lion Habitat... more
