Our stay was Ok. I thought the room would have been a little more fancier,,,but I guess it was OK for the price. it was hard to understand the front desk lady when speaking. Be prepared for a lot of walking, walking and more walking just to get to your room, restaurants, or just about anything. But I think that... more

We checked in late (1:30am with notice given to the hotel) on our arrival date August 17th and were told that their room inventory system was down. After we told them we were hungry they gave us $50 credit for food at the cafe. They told us to come back in an hour to get our room once the issue... more

Arrived in Vegas Sunday PM after driving from Lake Tahoe. Had booked 2 rooms in Grand Tower for 4 nights. Start with the positives. Check in was a breeze - about 315 pm. Walk from parking lot wasnt too bad (although parking lot is sooo hot). Staff were very polite. As we had 3 young children, requested rooms on high... more

Getting to MGM Grand was a little frustrating for us. We arrived at the porch in our rented SUV, only to realise that the valet service were available on the lanes that were segregated from those that we were in. We had to step down of the car, ask for directions and make one huge loop before we got into... more

The MGM itself is a very large area, and going from one point in the hotel/casino to another area can take a while, but overall, we felt this was a very nice hotel, and especially for the price and promos that they run. Pool is very nice, especially when the lazy river is open, but again, you do have to... more

My husband and I just returned from a 5 day stay @ the MGM Grand in Vegas. We had a Grand Tower room and just loved it! It was very spacious, and the view was beautiful!! The only thing we did not appreciate was the number of children running around the hotel-even though they are not allowed in the casino... more

We booked two nights at the MGM Grand as an add-on to an existing itinerary (three nights at Treasure Island). This was our 6th stay at the MGM Grand and it had been several years since we had stayed at this property. This resort is HUGE. Expect to do some walking - the first day we did not leave the... more

Just returned from a one week stay at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. I find that the staff at the front desk are hit and miss. When we checked in, the clerk seemed to be in a real hurry even though there was no one behind us. The beds are very comfortable and I'd say that's the room's best... more

We availed of the Summer Splash promo and stayed with MGM for 4 nights from Aug 3 to the 7th. We were assigned the West Tower non-smoking room and to get there, you will have to go thru the casino and long walk (maybe 3 to 5 minutes) from the main doors before you can get to the elevators. The... more

My wife and I were first time visitors to Vegas and the MGM Grand. We were really pleased with the standard of the hotel. We booked a standard room and were surprised and delighted to find our room was large with two double beds. The room was clean and catered for all our needs.Checking in and out took no longer... more
