I requested and recieved a room next to the elevators facing the pool. The room was nice but nothing special. However next to the elevator facing the pool was a mistake. The elevators make a loud vacume cleaner like noise that echoed through the room. Fri-Sun the pool blasts the music @ 10am, 8am or 9am on Sun. I'm all... more

This hotel flat-out ripped me off and I type this in good faith to warn others of how they may be treated if they stay here. Overpriced, overrated & overhyped! At first, I went to the pool party on Sundays called ‘rehab’ with my girlfriend and I asked for a menu to eat & drink. Prices were $11 a regular... more

Loads of hidden charges - room resort charge $7.63 per NIGHT Room holding deposit $150.00 per NIGHT Even hotel guests are not allowed to take crisps or coke/water to pool side - you HAVE to buy it from poolside bar at grossly INFLATED prices Sunday pool party - even hotel guests not allowed sun loungers unless you wish to pay... more

My friends and I decided to stay at the Hard Rock for memorial day weekend just to ensure access to the Rehab pool party... we paid $750 a night just for a regular size room with a view of the construction.. when we checked in they wanted a ridiculous amount for a security deposit which could not fit on any... more

I stayed in the Hard Rock Hotel and it was wonderful. The staff could not have been nicer. Beds are comfortable and excellent restaurants. Rare 120 was the best. Their servings were well worth the price and their presentation was something to experience. The Rare 120 staff was so attentive and could not do enough for you. Hard Rock was... more

Some people who work there are incredibly rude but the majority of the employees are try their best. while I was losing $25 a hand at Blackjack last night. Some old grumpy pit boss who i had never seen before accused me of saying something disrepectful to him; .I have no idea what he was talking about. It was bizarre... more

The Pros: The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are clean, the décor is nostalgic. There is an on site concert hall called “The Joint”. The seats are folding chairs and not real chairs, for the price of the tickets I expected something nicer. Santana was an awesome concert! There is Free Parking but it is a long walk to... more

We stayed here for 2 nights in Sept 2008 and since I'm writing this review 7 months late HOPEFULLY things have improved since. Due to the terrible experience we had, I vowed though never to stay here again. We stayed here because we were attending a concert at The Joint and they offered a package. Their rates CONSTANTLY flucuate and... more

I was on a 5000 miles road trip and we just decided to book the hotel a few hours prior to check in. The hotel was amazing, service too. We got upgraded to a nice room, view on the poolside, wonderful furniture, everything was perfect... except the prices for the mini-bar :) but hey, it's Vegas! more

Was booked here to cover a TV shoot in Vegas. I did not pick this hotel and would not have chosen it if given a choice. First off, there is the noise. Hundred-decibel rock music, 24-hours-a-day, in every corner of the hotel save, thank the lord, in the rooms. Of course this is the point - this is not a... more
