We were a little leary about staying somewhere for $39.00 a night. I wanted to see the room first but were assured by valet that we wouldn't be disappointed. I am so glad we stayed. After seeing our room in the North Tower we ran right back downstairs to book 2 more nights and got the third night free! Bed... more

From the minute we walked in we were sold, although there were a lot of campy people there. Casino looked fine and the new pool (waterslide through the shark tank!!!) looked very cool! We had a free upgrade and the room was very nice and quiet...! more

Just returned from 3 nights at the Nugget with wife and two kids. Pros: Awesome pool for kids (shark feeding is at 12:30pm every other day), clean, and affordable (we paid $36/nt), two Starbucks in hotel, waitress service at pool was good Cons: Taxi to strip is expensive-- $22 one-way. No kids menus at any of the hotel restaurants and... more

My spouse and another couple all travelled together to Vegas. It was our first time, there 5th. We had originally booked another hotel earlier, but booked our flights at a later date, which gave us an unanticipated extra night in Vegas. The extra night landed us at the Golden Nugget. We were pleased with everything the minute we stepped into... more

The Golden Nugget is our favorite Las Vegas hotel & casino. We have stayed in every room type available there. The Spa Suites are worth the splurge!! They are also a great value compared to the upscale suites on the strip. We booked our Spa Suite for $239 per night through an email promotion. The suite is about 1500 sq... more

This hotel exceeded me and my families expectations! Beautiful room, bathroom, restaurants and pool! The parking was detached from the hotel which made it a little inconvenient, but not bad. We especially loved the pool. It was gorgeous! The best we've seen. I only wish that the pool was opened to all until 10:00pm. The pool area was so crowded... more

We had booked two nights in the Gold Club Rooms and it was everything we expected and had read about, no surprises. Check in was fast and professional in the club room check-in room and the line out front was packed, so far… so good. We went with another couple and they gave us adjoining rooms, they were exactly as... more

My husband and I needed a staycation, so we checked into the Golden Nugget for one night. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff is courteous and efficient. However, there were some issues. My complaints are as follows: 1. Hookers in the casino. If they're obvious to me, they should be obvious to security. They shouldn't be allowed to... more

We arrived at the Golden Nugget around 3pm and there was no wait at check in. We asked for a free upgrade and the clerk did try to find one but most of the rooms were sold out due to a Blackjack Tournement that weekend. We had a South Tower room on the 19 floor which had a pretty view... more
