Whilst the public rooms in the hotel were fine, the Roman tower room that we were allocated was "tired" to say the least. Lights didn't work & the view from the 6th floor was of the back wall of a partly built building & a workman's walkway. It is suppose to be a 5 star hotel - our room did... more

Upon arrival in a limo from the airport, I lifted my own bags out of the trunk as the limo driver was an older lady who weighed about 100 lbs and I didn't want her to hurt herself. As I was travelling internationally and had lots of bags, I was then standing in the middle of the driveway, surrounded by... more

I stayed at Caesar's for a stagette in June. At first, we were put in the Roman Tower. For the $$$ and my expectation that this was one of the nicer hotels in Vegas, I was not impressed. We ended up upgrading for a small charge and we were put in the Forum Tower....much better! HUGE bathroom and a bedroom... more

The staff of this hotel are helpful until you show one ounce of negativity...then look out. Had an issue with there rewards system...After 4 days of playing 25$ blackjack and my wife playing slot machines our total rewards were $3.18. It does not make much sense seeing as a cup of coffee costs $5 anywere in the casino (and i'm... more

A friend booked this trip for me as a birthday present to see Cher. Cher had cancelled all of her shows the week of Sept 22. Ceasars Palace made no mention of this at the time of check in or at any other time. People showed up for nothing. We asked for a smoking room, they put us on a... more

I was at the hotel for a 3 days conference. Not on vacation or gambling. Being at a conference in a 5 star hotel you would expect a great WiFi service free of charge. However this was not my case. The quality of the WiFi was pure and it cost 16 USD. Also the gym was not free for the... more

I am a card member who booked my room through Harrahs.com. I stayed in the Forum Tower, deluxe room. It was a great room...I can't complain at all! The beds are soooo comfortable. (FYI - If you are a coffee drinker, you may be upset to know, there aren't coffee pots in the room.) Food - The first night, we... more

Wow.......this place is huge. The average walking time from our junior suite in the Palace Tower to the Mirage (right next door) was 20 minutes. Overall, our experience was great at this place. more

Since I've moved to the west side of the country 2 years ago, I've been to Vegas 5 times, but never have stayed at Caesars Palace. When Harrah's Total Rewards finally decided to comp me there, I went online and booked a forum tower deluxe room for 3 days. Journey from stepping off the plane to getting to the hotel... more

Is it really Caesar or just a legionnaire?????!!!!!!!!!!! This hotel is still surviving on the vanished roman’s glories and is far far far away from the 21st century’s quality of service. We booked 2 rooms with expedia days ahead; and our stay was fully credited in advance. But this never saved us from a 40mn’ queue time to check in!!!!!!!!!!... more
