For the record, I have a degree in Hotel Management and I've been in the business for 26 years, and do hotel consulting. I've stayed at Caesars seven times and the service of this hotel is no longer justified by the rates they charge. The service at Caesars (because of the economy) is so far off the mark, it's amazing.... more

My wife and I just returned from a 4 night stay and were pleased with all aspects of the trip. We qualify as Diamond level on Total Rewards and had the room and all of our meals comped. We reserved tickets to Bette Midler through a casino host and she was able to get us excellent tickets at the $... more

Just stayed for five nights in Augustus Tower. Beautiful room, great bathroom but noticed little cutbacks such as no turning bed down in the evening and no chocolate on pillow. Worse, two of the best restaurants are closed permanently (Empress Court and 808) and the remainder are mediocre and/or very overpriced (Cafe Lago Buffet, Rao's and Nero's) or terrible such as... more

Stayed at Caesars during the Labor Day weekend together with a couple of friends. The hotel and the casino is absolutely fantastic. Large, comfartable rooms and big, classy bathrooms with a nice big tub. The only thing that wasn't great about the rooms was the view, which was definetely not a pretty sight from our rooms. The casino and the... more

I have to start out by saying that I have become agitated by the reviews I have read. We stayed at Caesars for my birthday in July and had a room in the Augustus tower. From the moment we walked through the doors till my girlfriend pryed my fingers off the door when we were leaving, it was nothing but... more

As a frequent visitor to Atlantic City La Piazza Buffet, which we love, we decided to try Lago Buffet in Vegas, thinking it would be comparable, or better.Wrong! Price too high for the size of the buffet. Poor selection to choose from. Loved our trip to Vegas, but this was the low point of the trip, Our whole party was... more

Spent two nights/three days midweek for a girlfriend getaway to catch some shows and enjoy the unseasonably warm (70s-80s) weather. Check-in was quick although the clerk tried pretty hard with the upsell to a suite for $30/night extra (which we passed on). Room was in the Roman tower and was very clean and had a partial view out towards the... more

My husband and I recently spent 3 ( of our 4 nts in Vegas ) at this property. We opted for the least expensive category the Classic room type. This is in the Roman Tower- the elevators for these rooms are right off of the casino floor. We had an ok room, the bathroom was fairly nice, a nice marble... more

I brought my husband along to vegas while i attended a conference at caesar's (that's why we chose this hotel) and overall, we had a nice time. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and our room but were disappointed in how far everything is from everything else (i did not bring comfortable shoes and ended up wearing... more
