I read ALL of the reviews on Caesars Palace and was very nervous about staying there. I'm in Vegas once a year with work or pleasure and have stayed at a variety of hotels on the strip. We selected Caesars Palace because of it's great location on the strip and ability to shop at great stores without leaving your hotel.... more

Room was nice and comfortable but employee service was less than average. Including: front desk, restaurants, casino, housekeeping and even maintenance. I did have one great afternoon at the Qua Spa. Had it not been for this nice afternoon at the spa I would have rated my overall service experience as terrible. more
