We went for a conference held at Caesars Palace and it also happened to be Chinese New Year. The location is great; we enjoyed the proximity to shops that one can find in major cities like NY, Paris, etc. The food was excellent at the restaurants in the hotel, but we also recommend sampling the restaurants in the surrounding hotels.... more
