having just returned from the pallazo i just had to write a review. i go to vegas twice a year and usually stay at mgm or mirage. and i always have problems there but stay because of the comps through the palyers club card. so of course on this trip i had problems with the mirage. so i decided to... more

Frankly, I was rather impressed with the Palazzo (even though the first few reviewers had voiced their disappointments). This is my first time in Vegas and I must say for the price that I'm paying... the room at the Palazzo is definitely much much better than those in NYC. The room was new and clean. I loved the design of... more

As expected of a newly-opened property, the hotel felt very fresh and new. It certainly isn't as over-the-top or half as busy in the public areas as the other hotels along the strip. Which is a good thing because you don't have to fight to get a seat at the casino tables. I spent an entire night at a table... more

Wow. How often can you say that your reality exceeded your expectations? Not very often. At least not for me 29 times out of 30. This was the 1 time out of 30. Back in February I was feeling somewhat blue and decided a trip to Las Vegas was in the cards. I soon found out I wasn't the only... more

Several things help point me to one of the newer hotels on the strip. The few reviews I saw with negatives I thought were attributed to the rush of opening a new mega-resort. But let me share my first hand experiences with you... After three days here, the ONLY two people that offered any resemblance of caring whether you are... more

The new Palazzo hotel in Las Vegas is five star all the way!. Our beautiful and comfortable suite (all Palazzo rooms are suites) overlooked the Vegas strip and we could watch the pirate ship show every evening at the Treasure Island hotel across the street (complete with fireworks), from the comfort of our room. Because of our jobs, my husband... more

I stayed here for three nights (Thursday - Sunday). The room was very nice, although the linens will improve with 50 washings or so. The room was clean and there was plenty of storage. No slippers as were in my friend's room, but she didn't get a box of bath supplies (shower cap, Qtips, etc.). My room had three shower... more

We just returned from two night weekend at the Palazzo, Las Vegas, sister property to the Venetian. Service was marginal at best. Had trouble at check in, room not ready. Front desk offered us a lower rated room or an upgraded suite for 100 bucks a night extra. Took a long time for a manager to release a king room... more

I had a two-night stay at Palazzo April 30 and May 1, and they failed to impress me. I have stayed at most of the higher end properties in Las Vegas (Four Seasons, Wynn, Venetian, Bellagio, theHOTEL) and many others as well (MGM, Mandalay, even Tropicana once), and Palazzo still has some work to do in my opinion. My room... more

I spent a week at the Palazzo--the first 5 days for a work conference and the last 2 for rest and relaxation. Overall, i was impressed. The rooms are large like the Venetians' but the decor is more sophisticated and less ornate. My suite (all of the rooms are "suites") had 3 flat screens and a relaxing sitting area. The... more
