Had a fab time at the Palazzo. Check-in very smooth and we had a great room on the 45th floor overlooking the Wynn and the golf course. Room was not what I would call clean though, in fact I went around with a towel dusting when I got to the room! corners obviously not cleaned. We only had turndown once... more

Just got back from 3 night stay, F,S & S - college friends reunion. Got in noon (10 mins. checkin)& rooms not ready, tried to talk us into View upgrade($45), but waited until 3 (recheckin 15 mins.) Great property except the smell. The Palazzo pumps their "signature fragrance" though the ventilation system throughout the lobby, casino, and shopping areas. I have stayed in hotels like Bellagio, Wynn, Venetian, Palms but there was no place in PALAZZO!!! It was the best hotel experience in my life! I love you Palazzo! and looking forward to going back again! more

Loved this hotel! Stayed in a luxury suite. It was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at in LV. Spent 4 nights at the Palazzo hotel and it absolutely perfect! We have stayed in several Vegas hotels, most recently, the Bellagio, and the Palazzo was the best. All the rooms are suites but spend the extra money and book a suite on the concierge level. The complimentary concierge lounge is worth it. There is a continental breakfast every morning... more
