We had a very late check-in, due to our flight so there wasn't anyone in line, nor was there any problem with getting keys to our villa. They could improve this place 100% by doing two things: providing free wi-fi (like 99 percent of other resorts and hotels do), and replacing their horrible washer/dryers - the ones in which put your load in and it washes and dries them all at once.
