RUDE staff says it all. In today's economy, there are SO many other options--especially in Vegas. Get over yourself already. This place is so overrated. Go to Terrible's or stay in the Fremont St/Old Vegas area (4-Queens, Binion's, Main Street Station). MUCH better service and way cooler overall. Google any place else, really.... more

LOVED this hotel! As long as you don't mind the drive to the strip (YOU MUST RENT A CAR OR BRING YOUR OWN FOR THIS HOTEL), this hotel flat out rocks! we stayed at Red Rock Hotel and it was great and upscale and 30 min from the Strip, which was so much better than staying on the Strip! the strip is where TiJuana meets Disneyworld. but all the restaurants were incredible on the Strip. if you take a cab, make sure you know the fastest and cheapest route otherwise you... more

Stayed here for 5 days and could not be happier! Conference facilities were top notch. Food was great! The Italian place was the best IMO. Clean big rooms with a huge tub and bathroom. Great pool! Lots of servers out there! Free airport and strip shuttle service that were always on schedule. Easy check in and out. Fun gambling facilities.... more

The customer service at this hotel is downright awful. Our room was not as clean as we would have expected for such an "upscale" hotel. Better than ever!!!!!!! This was our 6th stay. After 3 nights on the strip at the Flamingo, with it's loud and disrespectful crowd of college students and other undesirables, two nights at the Red Rock was a welcome escape. Everything you need is right there, no need to ever leave the resort. We still love it!! more
