We had a very nice time here. Yes it is away form the "strip" but for us that was a plus ( just be sure to rent a car). And if you gamble South Point Casino is just across the street. This is a time share resort (I didn't realize that until we got there), but unlike the other time... more

We traded into Grandview from RCI through Wynfham for very few points, which should have warned us. Don't get me wrong, the accomodation was fine but the other problems preclude us from returning. We had decided to try staying off of the strip for the first time. And when I say off of the strip I mean off of the... more

Booked exchange through RCI The room had cheap furniture and was not clean we stayed in a smoking room and couldn't beleive the smell. We during our stay never found a parking spot near our 12 story building had to walk about 1000 feet from parking at night with a room key that wouldn't allow us to cut through the... more

When we arrived there they sent us to the "VIP" check in. I believe they thought we were suckers. That is where they tried to make us sign up for a 3 hour ordeal to sell us more time shares in this hotel and in the end they'll give us discounted tickets to local shows. After telling us all this... more

We got this timeshare on our honeymoon in Vegas in '04. We didn't get a chance to stay there until 2007. It was a bit of a hassle actually booking our room, but we finally got it on a date sometime around our aniversary. We had to bring our son, but fortunately my mom came along to watch him, so... more

My husband and I stayed at the Grandview for a week, Friday to Friday using an exchange week through RCI. I read with interest all previous reviews, keeping in mind complaints such as noise from construction, whirlpool tubs, scraping of chairs, noisy neighbours, lack of parking at various bldg. and pushy time share agents. We booked into the Iris Bldg,... more

Had a 2 bedroom for 6 people. That gave us 2 condo's, and it worked out great. Having 2 kitchens, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms gave us room to spread out. The condo was well equipped, beautifully furnished, and immaculate. Being across the street from the South Point Casino was a big bonus. We liked gambling there, and the casino appealed... more

The suite was great when walking through the door. Everything was clean and we were set for a great vacation... However, before 6:00 a.m. EVERY day, the loud construction started on the building next door. You deinitely couldn't sleep once this started. You could hear the hot tub in surrounding rooms during the "quiet times" of the night. It definiitely... more

My husband and I spent a week at the Grandview (Mar 28 - Apr 4, 2008). Overall acommodations were above average. Our unit was a 1 bedrm in the Primrose Bldg. Unit offered all that was needed.....bed linens could have been upgraded somewhat. Enjoyed the pool area. South Point Casino across the street was great. Good food, lots of gambling... more

In celebration of our 5 years of marriage my wife and I decided to stay at the Grandview Las Vegas. We stayed the first week of April. Let me first start by saying we will definitely be coming back. The room was great! Felt like home away from home. We decided to hit the grocery store around the corner to... more
