i asked for nonsmoking room. nahhhh! they said it was nonsmoking but stank like smoke. gross. more

We apologize for any inconvenience you have during your stay. Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel and we double check our rooms for any kind of smell. Even though its a non-smoking hotel some of our smoking guest does the mistake of smoking inside the room and they do get penalty for their act. We will make sure next time...

Even after readind the previous reviews I decided to book room at this hotel and to my surprise it was not bad at all. The hotel looked remodeled. Tha staff was friendly. I was with my family so I enjoyed the stay . Nice clean and quiet hotel. The bed was comfortable.Will stay again at this hotel. more

Way too far from the strip unless you want to walk two miles everyday as a work out. The room was clean but the hotel smells like cigarettes! Wouldnt go back there... more

Regarding cigarette smell, we take pride in keeping our hotel rooms smoke free but we don't have any control on guests who wants to smoke outside of the hotel that is why sometimes, we couldn't help the smell of cigarette smoke sometimes get in the lobby whenever the lobby...

This hotel is by far the worst on the Vegas strip. The carpets and walls are a depressing, tobacco-stained shade of grey, and the lobby, casino, and hallways can smell pretty bad. This was the most horrible hotel experience I've ever had. Had we not paid for a three nights in advance, we'd have checked out. We arrived in town early tired and wanted to check in. I checked with our guest request/complaint log book and there was no entry regarding a shower broken. We could have repaired/fixed the problem then or offered another room. I booked this "dive" from the AAA for 10/12/2007. After circleing around we finally found "it". The red carpet that we were greated with was filthy, worn through and totally ratty. Okay, first off this hotel is so hard to find... its off Sahara Ave.... over a bridge, under a freeway and in the ghetto. There's some adult book store and strip clubs around, but really thats it.
