Had a room on the 7th floor. Very quiet, room was clean and spacious and exactly what we needed for our stay. Casino was good fun and the legends acts perform at all different times of the day which is good to watch. Good location, didn't eat here but masses of things around nearby. Queue at check in was a... more

If you want a good location at a good price then this is the place, right in the centre of the Strip. All in all it is a very nice hotel and the general areas and pool area are kept very clean. Shame the same can't be said for the rooms. Ours was a bit shabby in areas and could... more

I stayed here for 3 nights in August. All nights were comped, so I figured I'd give it a shot, even with all the negative reviews I've heard. I'm young, and am not a huge gambler. I didn't go with an extremely huge budget, so, the IP was perfect for me. Upon check-in (which I was able to check in... more

At the last minute we had to change our plans to include a Saturday night stay...needless to say the hotel we were originally booked at wanted an extremely high rate for the Saturday stay...therefore we shopped around and decided to go for it and give the Imperial Palace a try. I was extremely nervous about the stay after reading all... more

My husband and I stayed at the IP Aug 3-7. After reading some of the reviews we were skeptical about giving it a try but were pleasantly surprised. We had the choice of staying at the IP for 4 nights comped with our Total Rewards or at the Flamingo, Harrah's, or Ballys for $200. We decided to give the IP... more

We stayed in June for 2 nights and have no complaints about this hotel. Our room over looked the swimming pool and was clean, tidy and quite. The hotel itself in centrally located on the strip which made it easy to check out other casinos in the area too. There is a monorail stop outside the hotel which is handy... more

I've been to Las Vegas several times and I will always remember this trip as the Nightmare trip from hell. It started out bad and just snowballed the whole week we were there. First off out flight was late and it was after 10:00pm before we were able to check in, the clerck at the front desk was a jerk,... more

This hotel is a dive, but a nice dive. I've stayed in fancier places in Vegas but the Imperial Palace had the nicest, most helpful staff I have encountered in my 15 years of visiting Vegas. Imagine smiling dealers, rather than the cranky dealer-bots that seem to be taking over most of town. Even the pit bosses had a smile... more

I read the bad reviews and was anxious about my week long stay. Due to the location and my need for close proximity to all the strip casinos , I fearfully gave the casino a try. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. I needed a handicapped room with a king size bed; my wife and I are both very tall and... more

This property owned by Harrahs is done . The location is superb and for the price it's a good deal but that's it. There is zero glitz, glam or any kind of funk factor going on here. It's a place to sleep. Rooms are old and worn out but seemed clean. Great tunes at the Rock House BBQ palce. Across... more
