Hi, We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, we booked it about 6 months ago. On arrival we had to stand in a queue, quite a long queue, and only 25% of the check-in desks were occupied, so much for service. When we did eventually make it to a desk we were informed there were no no-smoking rooms left,... more

Stayed for a conference; extended trip for personal vacation. Rate for the last night was quoted as $9.99 at check-in, but was billed $179 at the end of the trip. Managements excuse when I tried to get a resolution was "someone mis-entered your rate when making the reservation; we reserve the right to increase your rate to correct the error... more

I spent a week at Bally's during the Mining Expo 2008, as I did 4 years ago. It is a great place to stay since you are right in the middle of everything, but I simply cannot handle the smell of the lobby again. It is the only casino in Vegas that smells like an ashtray, even older ones like... more

A run-down place by any standards, but the fact that it is supposed to be a 3.5 star Vegas hotel and the corresponding price makes things a lot worse. I had a standard south-tower room, heard the suites are a lot nicer... First, the good: the location is absolutely briliant. Right in the middle of the Strip. That's about it.... more

I booked this hotel directly with the hotel on their website. I'd stayed there twice before and had signed up for email offers - and we got a great one! We paid $70 (plus tax) a night for a delux North Tower room - we had already booked our flights and were delighted when we saw the offer was available... more

We have stayed at Bally's many times over the past few years. Our stay has always been great, but we got a couple of surprises this time. Upon arrival on a Sunday afternoon, we were met with a very long check-in line. Took us 45 plus minutes to get checked in. We had requested a room in the North tower... more

Our family stay did not start well as no no-smoking room was available when we arrived, change of room second night was very much welcome. Prime location but hotel feels tired with dirty windows and not so clean swimming-pool. more

Stayed@ Ballys, beautiful view of Paris Hotel, except for filthy windows&the noise level(we were 10 storiesup) was teeth rattling. We both had to sleep with ear plugs every night. In the morning the beep, beep, beep of dilivery trucks echoed between the alleyway so that was nerveracking too. Also on our last day only 1 elevator was working& we missed the check-out time because of it.Good... more

First time in Las Vegas and we were so glad that we booked at Bally's! The location was perfect and the hotel service, size and food choices excellent! My husband and I researched many of the hotels and we were glad that we did not book at one of the "flashy" hotels because they were too big to maneuver around!... more
