I stayed at Bally's during a convention, but the rate was higher than what I could have gotten booking on my own ($165/night). I checked in a day late due to airline issues, so I lost my deposit, but did score a room in the north tower. While I wouldn't call it "luxury," it was a nice room with a... more

I stayed at Ballys for the National American Planning Association Conference from April 26th to May 1st. Overall, I just considered Bally's a place to sleep while at the Conference and in Las Vegas. Overall, the Hotel offers a great location on the strip, clean rooms, with little amenities (unless you want to pay quite a bit). I have stayed... more

My wife and I stayed at Bally's from April 26 to May 1 for a conference and really enjoyed the experience. It's mid-strip and walking in either direction gets you to any casino you want in just a few minutes. The Deuce (double decker bus that runs the strip and to downtown) is a great way to get around if... more

4th time at Ballys and again a hotel that I like to stay in. South Tower means arguements between me and the other, he would pay anything for the view which means the top floor of the ST. Me fortnately I prefer a nice room and half decent views, yet again at check in offered a choice, slight kick to... more

We came to Vegas for a conference. The conference hotels were Bally's & Paris. Everyone I know who has stayed here said it was nice but dated. They must have been drunk while they were here. We reserved a room that was non-smoking w/ a King-size bed. What we got when we checked in was a smoking room with two... more

Let me start off by saying this was my 5th trip to Las Vegas and my second time staying at Bally's and I cant say enough good things about this hotel. It has the perfect location, right in the middle of the strip, access to the monorail, great staff, and excellent huge , clean rooms. What else could one ask... more

I just returned from Las Vegas 4-08. This was my 9th trip to Vegas and we have stayed at Bally's 4 times. I stayed at the Flamingo 1 time, Mirage 2 times, and Excalibur 2 times. Bally's is my favorite for 3 reasons: location, large rooms, and the casino is small so the rooms are quick to get to from... more

Don't book into this dump if you are over 25 and like a clean hotel. We went to the pool on a saturday morning and after 10 minutes a pool disco started up playing deafening rap music. When i asked them to turn it down i was ignored. I then went to the hotel manager who replied "There is nothing... more

I checked into the hotel late at night and the Deluxe room I reserved was not available so I was upgraded(?) the first night to a suite. I am sensitive to mold and upon entering the suite the first thing that hit me was the moldy smell. The outdated furnishings hit me later after I went down a short halway.... more
