I stayed at Harrah's from October 5th -10th. I have been returning to this property for a few years now. Mainly due to the prime location and Total Rewards program. Check in was delayed as I requested a smoking room and none was available, so I Iwaited a couple of hours and then was given one on the 17th floor... more

The location was great but the hotel itself was so-so. The room cleaning was not up to par with other hotels. A dirty wine glass was left in our room for two days, so I put it in the hallway where it stayed for another two days. They replaced a dirty water glass with a clean one, but didn't take... more

Stayed at Harrahs 9/28-10/2, 2008. Staff was very nice, room was good, bed was comfortable. My only criticism of the room would be to add an exhaust fan and maybe some brighter lighting to the bathroom, and maybe put coffeemakers in the rooms. Other than that it was a really good stay. Mac King show at the Harrahs Showroom was... more

My brother and I stayed at Harrah's for a week in September 2008. We have visited Vegas many times and have stayed at a variety of hotels, from Sahara to Bellagio. We chose Harrah's for the location and price. We were very pleased with the hotel. We arrived early afternoon and the line for check in was minimal. The desk... more

I just returned from staying three days at this hotel. Check in was effortless and the hotel staff service was pleasant each time I had to deal with them. Our room was very clean with two very comfortable queen size beds with nice crip linens. The rooms are also very spacious and include a table with two chairs as well... more

The location is great. Our bed was comfortable and room clean. Our biggest complaint was that our room was very noisy. We could hear the people talking in the room next to us like they were in our room. (They weren't even talking loud ) and we could hear them use their bathroom. It kind of reminded us of a... more

Have been to LV many times and stayed many places. I will stay at Harrah's next time. The staff in every area are exceptionally nice and friendly. The food in the cafe is very good, reasonable and the portions are plentiful. My sister and I are senior citizens and felt very safe at all times in all areas. more

We took our family to Las Vegas for my son's 21st birthday on Sept. 12th for 4 nights. Got to the hotel about 10:00 pm on a Friday night and walked right up to the counter. We always stay at Harrah's in the Mardi Gras tower facing the pool. However, this time they told us those rooms would be $25... more

We booked a room here for one night following a wedding reception. For $300 a night we expected something quite nice. What we got was a run-of-the-mill hotel room in need of maintenance. Our "view" (room 407) was a walled-in rooftop. Tub had a big chunk of porcelain missing; sink counter had crack in it; sink had no drain stopper;... more

Another wonderful stay at Harrahs Las Vegas. This time in the Carnaval tower in room 1827. Very nice clean room. King bed was n/a so I was given a room with 2 queen beds. Table with two chairs was helpful. Closet , tv, and snack minibar are build in to the wall which left more floor space. Regular tv set... more
