Overall Solid, clean hotel--but don't expect luxury. Great for families. This Residence Inn is not as nice as other ones I have stayed at. The best thing is the parking and convenience to the Convention Center. A previous review called the facilities tatty and he/she is right! The hotel needs an upgrade. Staff is friendly. I had a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Stayed here for a convention - location is great as it is across the street from the Convention Center. The rest of the stay was downhill. The place seems terribly understaffed from front desk to maintenance to housekeeping. I arrived early on a Sunday and the front desk and lobby area was simply madness with people and ringing phones. This was a great location right across from the convention center. It was easy to walk across to the convention or to the monorail station. The room was basic, but big and comfortable.
