An excellent weekend get-away in a lovely hotel with fabulous pool and gym facilities and wonderful customer service. Our 2 year-old was treated so kindly by all the staff and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast quality and variety was first-class; no need to eat again until supper time! We have already booked to stay again over Christmasand New Year. more

Hotel is a nice business style hotel with some great ammenities. It is off the beaten path for a typical tourist as it is located near office buildings like previously stated in other reviews. The only issue is that this part of town is DEAD on the weekends. Restaurants are closed on Saturday night and really the only place to... more

We have just returned from a 3 night break in the Renaissance, Brussels and we had a fab time. We travelled as Tourists, and were a little bit concerend about the location, however, if you are like us and explore lots of places around Cities you visit you will be fine. The Hotel is a stone's throw from the European... more

For Americans expecting a similar experience as they would have at a Renaissance in the States, you will be sorely disappointed. The rooms are small, lifeless and badly in need of updating. The location is not good as you are far from all the fun spots in Brussels. We wished we had stayed in the Bourse or Grand Place areas... more

This was my second stay in this property and I have to say I am not impressed. Don't get me wrong- I am well travelled and experienced in worldwide tourism industry- the hotel and their staff do the job and offer what you might need for your stay, but it lacks kind of personal touch. A friend of mine celebrate... more

Renaissance Hotels in general, promise a lot and with the prices they charge you should expect a lot. I went to the Renaissance Brussels with high expectations and they exceeded these on every count. Location: Fantastic, walking distance to the European Parliament and metro. Hotel: medium sized, modern, luxurious and comfortable hotel. Spacious lobby, well-stocked bar and good food. Swimming... more

I stayed at the Hotel with my family (4) for a week. We had interconnecting rooms on the third floor which were well appointed, clean and the total floor space was ample. The Hotel was quiet, the staff were very helpful and the overall experience was very positive. The area around the Hotel is a bit shabby in places but... more

Don´t understand why people like this hotel so much. Th night I checked in they could not get an authorisation on my amex card and blamed it on amex (I phoned amex to check and everything was OK...). The room was OK for a 4 star hotel, the F&B average. The health club does merit an above average rating. On... more

A group of us went here on a hen party and my oh my. It was a fabulous hotel. We went on a recommendation from friends living in Brussels and we were not disappointed. It was not expensive as the prices tend to drop at the weekend and go up during the week due to its proximity to the parliament... more
