We loved this hotel and will return. There is nothing to complain about since it was better than expected. Hotel rooms were OK, but the restaurant was very disapponting. Although their restaurant are reportedly awarded, you could have had much better food less expensively in other restaurants in Zermatt. Because the dinner was inclusive, it was very disappointing. more
