The Hotel Palma in Pompei was our base whilst seeing the amazing ruins. The Hotel looked good so we booked it. We weren't dissapointed. Everything was taken care of even down to the hands on owner ensuring that a parking space awaited you on arrival and subsequent returns from days out. My husband and and I have literally come back from a very pleasant week-end in Pompeii. We chose to stay in the Hotel Palma which is very close to the imposing Catherdal and main Square. A very nice hotel within walking distance of the entrance to the the Pompeii site and all the restaurants and other amenities.
