Each room is individually decorated, with lovely antique reproductions, and very comfortable beds. Our room had a high coved ceiling and a balcony, our friends had a large terrace. We stayed here for 3 nights and loved every moment. The room was huge (for Italy standards and the best we found in 5 weeks of traveling through Italy), comfortable bed and very personalized service. There are over 70 steps to get to the hotel, so this is not for everyone. more

Our stay at the Residenza del Duca was everything we had hoped. The room was spacious, it had a fantastic shower and even more importantly it had a gorgeous view.
