Small rooms but when you're in Nice you shouldn't be wasting time in your hotel room. The woman who runs the hotel was very helpful and speaking English was no problem. Wonderful location, gracious hostess and relaxing garden environment in the center of Nice. Rooms and bed are clean and comfortable with a newly remodeled small bath.
