20 minute wait On the morning of the 1 January we (party of 3) had to wait 20 minutes for table at breakfast. The breakfast service was obvisiously unable to cope at times of peak demand (10.30 on the morning of bank holiday). Bland Breakfast Breakfast was very average. Cooked Irish breakfast was brought to your table and was very... more

My husband and I are in Ireland for business and for the first three nights of the trip we are staying at the Red Cow Inn. Overall, it is a decent hotel, and since we have another week left of his business trip and two more hotels to go, I might be saying it is a fantastic place for Irish... more

Stayed one night and arrived around 1030pm. Couldn't get any food or even a bag of crisps in the bar. The hotel itself was welcoming, the room extremely large but cool and the only temperature control is fan/air heating which either keeps you awake and warm, or cold and quiet, so a decision to make. In effect I would have... more

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times in the last 6 months or so for a period of 2 nights at a time. I choose it because of its proximity coming from the South of the country & I needed to access the M50 for Dundrum so it is convienent in that respect. On 2 of my 3 stays... more

I availed of a very reasonable weekend package in the Red Cow Hotel in mid July. The standard of decor in the rooms and hotel generally is very high as it should be as a four star hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located for those travelling from the south and the Laus to the city centre is nearby. The... more

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. The room was quite nice and the staff very pleasant. The rate included a full breakfast and free parking. The hotel is off the M50 freeway and not in a particularly beautiful area, but we didn't really go to Ireland to spend much time in the hotel. It is a short walk... more

We only went for one night, but found the stay excellent =). Room was fantastic and actually slept up to 5! The food at breakfast was also of a very high standard, and the evening meal in the Winter Garden restuarant was superb! more

I have just returned from a night in Dublin. Went up to a concert with my son and sister. Wanted a hotel on the west side of the city as I needed access to the M50 early the following morning. The Red Cow was very easy to book on the hotel website. I work in the industry and I would... more

I stayed one night at the Red Cow Moran Hotel due to the fact that my friend was having her wedding reception there. Upon arriving, I was underwhelmed with the location. It was basically at the intersection of two roads/highways and in a very commercial area in a sea of parking lots. However, this is not really their fault I... more
